Downloading Video Files

Video files are in .ZIP format to facilitate downloading. Click the download link and save the file to a location on your disk. Unzip the file (unzip utilities are included in Mac and Windows operating systems—double-clicking the .ZIP file should extract its contents). Open the resulting .MOV file in the QuickTime player.
